The operational departments of the airlines are large consumers of messages, sent by different messaging services, email, ACARS. Thousands of messages are exchanged between the airlines operational departments, handling companies, ATC and last but not least the airline's aircraft.

All these messages have to find their way inside the airline. Recipients have to be able to read them, answer and file them if necessary. If the recipient is a data-processing application, the messages must be their input data (movements, indicators of tendency, etc.) Of course, once archived it must be able to easily retrieve them.

FOS communicator will receive all your messages, will distribute them to their recipients, including the reference in messages e-mail and SMS. Especially, it will offer man-machine interfaces to you powerful and easy to use, so that each recipient can find and treat easily all the messages which it needs.

The Communications Module provides complete web-based medium to exchange information between FOS users. Messages may include any attachments like images, MS Office documents or PDF files.
