Casses EFA - Electronic Forms Application allows filling out report forms (especially Voyage Report forms, Reduction of Rest Period, Extension of Flying Duty Period and Air Safety Reports) from all over the world via web interface.
EFA also enables the crew to fill out report forms on board of the aircraft and during rotation using Class I and II devices (e.g. laptops).
EFA processes the reports automatically, or (in case of any unpredicted situation) notifies the people responsible to process them manually.
The System re-distributes the reports between the users based on configured workflow processes, and therefore enhances the overall communication quality in your airline.
EFA does not require any modifications on the aircraft side, as the application can run on separate laptop computers brought on-board. The only requirement is a working FOS-EFA system on the ground, with which EFA Laptop can communicate when at the base.
